Description :
MILTEC is a machinery construction factory specialized for fibers processing, and nonwoven products. MILTEC is a subsidiary of the LAROCHE Company the world leader in the machinery for used textiles recycling.
The objective of the mission is to achieve:
1) A comprehensive survey and a critical analysis of buildings, technical equipments and production lines.
2) An energy efficiency action plan based on analysis, and the economic assessment of actions.

The proposed strategic options to develop the action plan are :
• Renovation of the heating plant and improvement of the thermal insulation on buildings: significant energy savings (30%) can be achieved.
• Lighting efficiency. Improvement of lighting in work areas, automatic switch off, regular maintenance of lighting appliances. 40% of lighting energy consumption reduction potential can be achieved.
• Awareness raising of the staff on energy efficiency, particularly in the rational use of machine tools and welding equipment.

Description of the Actual Services Provided IED provide all the services :
• Assessment of run-down state of buildings and residual lifetime of HVAC facilities.
• Thermography of buildings and thermal process equipment’s (ovens, dryers etc. ...)
• Energy balance analysis
• Action plan development
