| Description : |
The aim is to establish the characteristics of technical and financial support for the development of renewable electricity production capacity connected to the grid. Specific objective n°1: Formulate a technical and financial support operation described in an action document forming part of the Delegation's 2023 annual action programme and allowing the mobilisation of part of the funds available on the MIP 2021-2027 in order to establish a blending operation. Specific objective n°2: Ensure the establishment of a framework for interinstitutional dialogue to facilitate the development of renewable electricity generation projects Specific objective n°3: Identify potential projects mature enough to be able to be potential beneficiaries of the formulated operation. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | - Analysis of established administrative procedures for the development of renewable electricity generation projects - Analysis of the characteristics of the financing provided by the European Union's partner financial institutions and of the financial needs for the development and commissioningof an electricity plant of renewable origin - Propose a first description of the characteristicsof the implementation of the operation - Drafting of the action document to be integrated into theDelegation's 2023 annual action plan - Establishment of a space for interinstitutional dialogue around the appraisal of the technical and financial support operation Identification of projects which can be taken into consideration by the action formulated to be potential candidates for technical and financial support - Identification of minimum technical characteristics in order to establish the possible eligibility of a project for technical and financial support - Integration of environmental and climatic constraints in the analysis of the feasibility of the project • P1 – Initial Report • Note for AAP • P2 – Action Document • P3 – Activity and analysis report on interinstitutional collaboration • P4 – Document presenting pre-identified projects as candidates for the operation • P5 – Final Report |
