Description :
The objective of the assignment is to provide an in depth understanding about in which circumstances mini-grids can present a least-cost option for rural electrification in Rwanda considered against the two extreme alternatives of grid extension (EARP) and stand-alone systems such as Solar Home Systems (SHS).
