Description of the Actual Services Provided The content of this mission includes :
1/ The preparation of a database structured in GIS layers in order to allow a geospatial analysis of electrification at locality level and at a lower cost.
2/ Elaboration of the geospatial least cost electrification analysis with the help of the GEOSIM tool. This phase includes the preparation of a demand forecasting model. The choice of localities is based in particular on the feasibility of connection from substations and on the geographical location of the locality in relation to the route of existing connection lines.
