Description :
Within the framework of the ECLER Ivory Coast project financed by the European Union, Expertise France has contracted a construction company to carry out the electrification of 15 isolated villages in the North of Abidjan (department of Tiassalé) and in the West (departments of Koro, Minignan, Ouaninou, Touba, and Biankouma) :

- construction of 15 mini-solar hybrid power plants between 10 and 200 kWc
- the construction of the associated BT and MT distribution networks
- connections, including the installation of interconnecting meters
- installation of solar kits for very remote households.

The project aims at the full electrification of the villages and all 23 permanent camps that depend on the electrified villages. CI Energies is the final owner of the built infrastructure.

Description of the Actual Services Provided In 2019, IED carried out for Expertise France and for the APS and APD studies, the drafting of the associated DAO, and the support to the negotiation with the construction company.
Within the framework of the present contract, IED ensures the supervision and the control of works during the whole execution period, as well as the follow-up during the 12 months warranty period.
IED conducts the supervision in close coordination with the Contracting authority (Expertise France) and its associate, final beneficiary of the infrastructures (CI Energies).
