Description :
Tolaro Global is a cashew processor located in Parakou. The company is in phase of growth of its production which passes from 2,500 tons treated in 2017 to 20,000 tons in 2022. In parallel with the development of the activity, the company looks for a viable solution of energetic valorization of the shells which have high energy content, but which are also a residue with strong environmental risks and can't be landfilled as a common waste. Installed in an electrified area and recently connected to the electricity grid, the company does not benefit from an optimal quality of service for an industrial activity. That's why Tolaro Global has chosen to operate the power plant itself for the supply of energy to the plant.
