| Description of the Actual Services Provided | 1) Identification and validation of the area and target locations proposed by the Angolan side (MINEA) 2) Identification of existing structures to provide consistent developments 3) Development with the Angolan party and Nexans for the project outline and implementation arrangements; objective of producing pilot electrification in several localities, for commissioning (or very advanced work if possible in late 2012) - Elements consignment documents validated orally by the Angolan side - Sketch books to study, included a provisional quantitative for network supplies - Timing of implementation - Project management of the network Programme by IED (study phase, phase-supporting acquisitions, control phase) - Proposal support component of rural electrification planning methods |
