The project aim is the revision of the tender documentation for materials and work for Bissau reconstruction: * Building of a 30 km loop of MV network 30 kV (double earth option) * rehabilitation of existing power plant (1/6,6/0,4 kV) with adding of new 30kV transformer and reworking of control system * Building of two MV/MV 30/10 kV substation * Rehabilitation of 80km of MV network of Bissau city, deleting of 6,6kV network * Rehabilitation of 102 MV/LV transformers * Building of 10 new substation MV/LV (H59 and H61) * Building of 140 km of new LV network * In option, rehabilitation of public lighting and burying of LV network in the city centre. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | Based on the technical study, the detailed feasibility study and the Call of Tender for work, IED has prepared, in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and the public utility, a new version of the Call of Tender. The new version included actualised and more precise technical specification (based on on-field studies), tender plans of better quality and complete environmental and social chapters. The main modification were: * Exact localization of outdoor substations, updating of topographic data on the 30kV loop, differentiation of MV distribution network 6,6 and 10 kV, drawing of LV network plan. * Drawing of plan showing current situation, MV network, implantation of distribution, electric, and protection panel of the central substation. * Documentation of environmental and social section * Amelioration of administrative part of the Call of Tender regarding EDF contract procedure. * Elaboration of the estimated price list of material. |
