Description of the Actual Services Provided The project contains two main phases :
1- a feasibility study of the Cèze valley (approximately 20 km) which is to operate through an multicriterion analysis relating to the various following fields: Hydrology, land and right water, regulation framework, environmental stakes, technical and economical feasibility, local network analysis, assessment and estimated request (if isolated sites)
IED/CESAME established on the basis of this matrix, a typology of the various sites by homogeneous groups by proposing a method of notation validated by the Steering committee. This work allowing to make emerge two sites-pilote.
2- a summary preliminary draft for two sites-pilot.
The Syndicat Intercommunal d’électrification de Pont-Saint-Esprit (30130 CARSAN) is the contracting authority of the study. It is assisted in its task by cabinet CEREG (30900 NIMES)
The designer of the turbine/wheel-stopping and operator H3E are partners in the development suggested.
